There's this really cool thing you can do, and that's just fucking turn on your lights every time you start your car! Then you don't even have to think about it or worry about changing conditions!

It's definitely not a good time to just quit without something lined up, but it's never really a bad idea to keep your eyes open for new opportunities if you want out. It's just a crappy time to be a worker in general right now 🤣😭

I know it doesn't help anyone or anything to feel that guilt, but I'm trying to make room for those feelings without letting them take over. There's a lot of complicated emotions in my body right now. 5/5 (for now)

In addition to regular old nerves, I have a lot of something akin to survivor's guilt. I feel terrible that I'm "abandoning" my friends. I also feel terrible that I was able to find something new relatively easily, when so many people are struggling in a shitty job market. 4/5

The current state of the world isn't helping matters, but there were also some extremely bad business decisions made by former leadership, and everyone else is paying the price. (It's not Target, but then again I probably wouldn't say if it was lol) 3/5

It still really sucks. I have loved working here. I still believe in the product, and I hope like hell this company can hold on, but to say it has been tumultuous the last few years would be an understatement. 2/5
