For once, I remembered to change my HRT patch on time, but then started feeling absolutely awful within a couple of hours.
Was this the universe punishing me for feeling smug?
No. I'd remembered to put a new patch on, but I'd forgotten to take the old one off. #menopause #hrt #oestrogen

Yesterday was festive day in my office, so I dressed as a snowflake to show willing.
