We had a lot that showed up all the sudden when the river froze. Then the people came with cameras and eagles scattered. Now it warmed up with rain so it could be over for the year.

Our vacation lake, loved going to the Bass Islands to go fishing and get photos.

Just a dusting, less than 1" but on top of 10". Warm up coming next week, I hope to get back out in my boat, I have the boat ramp all cleared and ready.

We had snow yesterday, bitterly cold today in IL.

I know about the canal nest, but I haven't seen it. There was a barred owl hanging around there last year too. I was wondering about lower & upper dams, if we have eagles yet. It was slow last year. Let me know if you see a bunch by lower dam if you would.

We had a glass one like that, it got a little snow and ice in it and it broke.

Yes, most were taken from Rock Falls IL. They even fly over my house sometimes. The Rock River is about a mile away.

We used to do that. Then one January day I took the tree out and lit it up and it burned in seconds. That was our last real tree.
