That used to happen to my machine back in the day. I think it’s because the clothes gets pushed to one side. I’d have to open the lid and pull out some of the clothes from that side and spread it around evenly.

It was our compromise. It was artificial popcorn or nothing. The reason I stopped stringing it myself is because I didn’t want apartment smelling of popcorn for weeks. 🤷🏻♀️

I used to string popcorn every year. It used to take me weeks but I loved doing it. My friends always loved seeing it on the tree. I stopped doing it a few years ago tho. I’ve really missed it so this year J bought me artificial popcorn. I like it but I’d prefer tinsel.
