I also look forward to trying to argue in court that the common instruction on the need to disobey illegal orders given to all military personnel is now illegal and punishable by court martial. And doing so while a movie called Nuremberg is in theaters.

I look forward to them trying to argue that reminding military officers and enlisted of their obligation to disobey illegal orders is somehow itself illegal and then saying how many instructors they'll have to court martial.

This implies that it's somehow AGAINST the Uniform Code of Military Justice to instruct other members of the military of their obligation to ignore or disobey illegal orders? When did they make THAT change?*
