Saw this on my Peloton this am, reinforced idea of real fitness->longevity pivot, as I recently discussed in @bostonglobe.com drive.google.com/file/d/1rfga.... There are good data behind lifestyle interventions, but health/flourishing=more than performance metrics: also connection, purpose, agency.

4/4 Delighted to see this callout, emphasizing strong evidence base for lifestyle interventions, an area I've been emphasizing and where I see tremendous near-term tech-enabled opportunity, building on scaled products eg Tonal, WHOOP, Peloton, Oura -> kindwellhealth.com/reading-reso....
