Capitalism is the exchange of value for value to the--we assume--benefit of all involved. If the 1st clause of the 1st Amendment were "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion OR ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;" things might be different now.
