I've always read Ivan and Fang's expressions as tell-tale that they know this song and dance, but Izzy is now in front of an insolent crowd that he doesn't know how they will react and that he already knows doesn't respect/responde to him as maybe the QA's crew does. He has a bit of stage fright 🥺
