Do I assume stable renal function? No evidence of serum PLA2R and negative immunospecificity? How long was the absence of response to rituximab evaluated? Could a regimen with cyclophosphamide be an option for you patient?

📆timing occurs after 3-5 years of Hz use, higher doses = higher risk
🧬genetics may increase risk
