Diet culture teaches us that we need to “earn” treats. But when we skip meals, we can end up overly hungry which increases disinhibition when we do finally eat, meaning we’re less likely to feel in control of our food choices or how much we eat.

Remember a healthy balance IS enjoy holiday foods.
