Happy New Year. We hate to start off with bad news but the Trumplicans have cut over 30 grant programs for Special Education. Also the Shepard Vending Facility Act which provided aid to blind vendors is gone. WTF?

Here at the Daily Howler we are cheering the District Court ruling from San Francisco. The court ruled that the Trump Administration must return millions of dollars that Congress had set aside money to fund mental health profesionals in schools. Good job.
