The question is, does it matter/would this outcome have been any different with greater expertise/experience? Will write up a more comprehensive data set on Substack later this weekend - but, in the interim, take for eg QUALCOMM’s board experience in pub policy/GVT rel. to Intel (~82% vs 36% resp.)
