I like to grow chili plants. I have so many seeds from various types. Currently I have a very basic hydroponic system (Kratky method) so not the most efficient, and in the craft room that I don't warm at the moment as I don't use it. Growing slowly but growing :) Soon flowers, then chilies!

Apparemment pas.
J'ai récemment appris pour la différence irlandais et anglais et comment il y a encore pas longtemps les irlandais étaient mal considéré. Et c'est toujours le cas avec la communauté des gens du voyages qui sont irlandais et sont très discrimine malheureusement.

Our plate reader is so old and attached to a very old computer that I am surprised it the year 2000 bug, as it thinks it is year 2005!

I am back in the lab now most big deadline have been passed. I am doing a BCA assay for testing antibodies from 2 astrocytes and 2 pericytes cell pellet. Astrocytes has more proteins than Pericytes for a same volume apparently.

One of our group project is to study the effect of mycotoxins on brain cells. But we also have a soon to be public participation to assess which mold people have in their houses to know which toxins we should study.
I was testing our primers with some fluffy left over marmalade. Aspergillus!
