Many people try to boost their fibre intake by eating more veg, but not all veggies are high in fibre. You can eat loads of salads + still miss your daily target. Here’s a guide to the veg that pack the biggest fibre punch by @proflaurenball.bsky.social and I

Some vegetables are pretty low in fibre. So which veggies are high-fibre heroes?
Fibre can help prevent overeating and lower your type 2 diabetes risk. But even if you think you eat lots of veggies, you might still not be getting enough fibre.

Gut #microbiome tests are everywhere. Should you get one? medicalxpress.com/news/2025-11... #GutHealth

- Little evidence to support use
- Often associated with sale of unproven supplements
- And even if worked, probably wouldn't change approach (healthy diet, exercise, sleep)!
Gut microbiome tests are everywhere. Should you get one?
At-home gut microbiome tests are trending, selling insights to the curious, empowerment to the chronically ill and a claimed path to longevity to the wellness-conscious.

1/ Cancer #screening is so important because it can detect cancer early. When cancer is caught early, before it grows a lot or spreads, treatment is often more successful and survival rates are improved.

That’s why it’s vital to make screening a priority.
