My second meditation album turns 5 today!

Having just finished Highsmith’s “Strangers on a Train,” today I begin the journey through Proust’s seven-volume masterwork, “In Search of Lost Time.” Always wanted to do this, and in an age of attention-grabbing ephemera, a good old paper book seems like an appropriate response.

The must-read trilogy for our current age:

"Doppelgänger" by Naomi Klein
"Filterworld" by Kyle Chayka
"The Siren's Call" by Chris Hayes

All solid audiobooks, as well, and available both at your local library and small booksellers.

Thrilled to have received a copy of Dogs In Quicksand, from @vinsyn.bsky.social ! Written and directed by the great @miketrippiedi.bsky.social .
Was delighted to see all the bonus extras, including the short film “Jesusville,” in which I can be seen theatrically dying in a mass cult ritual.

My first theatre sound design project in our new hometown will be for TRU [from the Words and Works of Truman Capote] by Jay Presson Allen. Directed by David Youse & featuring an uncanny performance by Chuck Yates, this’ll be a must-see for the Capote fan.
