One interesting thing about the Assocoated Press coverage of the parade is that they just leave the camera rolling afterwards. Kind of interesting watching the crowds disperse and the streets clear out.

I see people were fighting over side dishes but the best side dish is whatever you like or your family used to make. If there are MORE side dishes? That’s a win.

Miss when I was working a stable job full time and I could look forward to holidays off. All I ever really wanted out of life are the cozy moments but it seems my life was damned from day one.

For real, it’s past 11:30 at night and I’m anxiously checking my email to see if there have been any job communications. Of course there aren’t any and this time of day. But have to check.
