Let us not forget that it was Trump who surrendered Afghanistan to the Taliban in February of 2020 which resulted in thousands of our Afghan allies seeking asylum in the US and millions of Afghans living under a radical theocracy like the one they want to create in the USA.

Appealing the dismissal instead of re-indicting is a way to kick the can down the road and avoid a lot of short-term humiliation over the other flaws in the case.

For the president of the United States to call elected lawmakers traitors and demand they be arrested, tried, and sentenced to death for making statements he perceives as threats to his policies is bizarre, outrageous, and anti-American. But it is not unprecedented.

It was great to be out on the streets of my City again, despite the ordinance put in place to stop us from exercising our first amendment rights ✊🏼

The bill last numbered H.R. 9495 would empower the Treasury Secretary to designate any nonprofit the Secretary wishes to kill a “terrorist supporting organization” and revoke the tax-exempt status on which it depends for survival. Unconstitutional but lethal in the harm it would do while in force.
