A Fire Opossum Pokémon and a Water Pidgeon Pokémon. Both are also Poison Types. Based on different types of pollution. Their names are Kabossum & Palomagua. Sloggle and Thalassloth. Water/Fighting Pokémon based Olympic Swimmers and a prehistoric sloth named Thalassocnus. Carnoak. A Grass/Dragon final evo of a Psuedo-Legendary Pokémon based on Carnotaurus, thorns, and Sceptile. Brontyke & Brontremor. Electric/Ground Types based on Brontotherium & Thunderstorms.

I’m Drago. Just an amateur Fakémon/Pokmeon artist who’s enjoys drawing his own Fakemon Pokémon Region based on Mesoamerica. Here’s a few of them that I’ve done.
Vulterror. A Ghost/Flying Final Evolution of a Psuedo-Legendary Pokemon based on vultures, condors, the grim reaper, and the lammergeier. Hagyxini. A Poison/Fairy Type Pokemon based on Hagfish, their medicinal slime, and the Pokemon Milotic. Saleraze. A Fire Type and The Middle Evolution of my Fire Starter for my Pokémon Region. It’s based on Salamanders, their mythos of being resistant to fire, Temnospondyls, and Volcanoes. Arctodile. The Final Evolution of a Ice/Dark line based on American Crocodiles, Alligators with their ability to stay submerged underneath ice, the Andes, and Candy Canes.

Stegolith and Thagotasma. Ghost/Rock Type Pokémon that are based on Stegosaurus, Mayan numerals, a hint of Golett & Golurk, and the Tello Obelisk in Peru.

To start off, I’m Drago. Just an amateur Fakémon/Pokmeon artist who’s enjoys drawing his own Fakemon Pokémon Region based on Mesoamerica. Here’s a few of a favorites I’ve done over the past year.
Barrlodo & Mudipnoi. Water/Ground Type Pokémon based on the South American Lungfish, mud, and the ability lungfish have to enter a state of torpor while enveloped in mud. Sloggle & Thalassloth. Water/Fighting Type Pokémon based on sloths, a prehistoric marine sloth named Thalassocnus, and Olympic Swimmers. Jerewt. The Final Evolution of my Fire Starter for my Pokémon Region. It’s based on Salamaders, their mythos of being resistant to fire, volcanoes, Temnospondyls, and a hint of Jersey Devil. Carnoak. The final evolution of a Grass/Dragon Psuedo-Legendary Pokémon. It’s based on Carnotaurus, thorns, and a bit on the Pokémon Sceptile.

Went to the Nintendo Store in NY and it was pretty cool.

Hawaii itself is super unique. Not many places have an ecosystem change so drastically in mere miles. My trip there was one of my best experiences.
The view from Mt. Haleakalā! Looks a lot like Ula’Ula. The view from a black rock beach. Some of Hawaii’s state bird, the Nene! Another black rock/sand beach that was born just two years ago when I went back in 2022!

My first Fakemon I did during 2025, Coafé & Coladimundi. Normal and Chaos types based on Coati’s, Coffee, and energy gained from drinking caffeine. One of my favorite artworks that I’ve done in a very long time. So much so I even made it into a shirt. Chuki & Vulkrypt. Ghost/Flying Fakemon that garnered a lot of likes this past Ictober at nearly 10. Someone even did fanart of Vulkrypt because of how much they liked it. My most recent one that I did yesterday. It’s a Deviant Pokémon of a Pokémon of mine called Brontremor that is named Thunderhoof Brontremor. It’s based off of the Magdeburg Unicorn.

Thunderhoof Brontremor is based on not only Brontremor, but also the worst reconstruction ever created, The Magdeburg Unicorn, which was made from an old Elasmotherium/Ice Age Rhino fossil.

Thunderhoof Brontremor. A Devaint version of Brontremor that has only two front legs and a very long, single horn. Its face is covered in scars and has a shaggy tail. Its mane is different as well in size and color. Though only having two feet, it can surpass its brethren in speed and agility. It’s based on the Magdeburg Unicorn.

This one isn’t a Fakemon, rather it’s technically an OC? His (Well their) name is Charzuo and they are a Charizard with a condition called Polycephaly. This basically means the two heads share one body. They are both males and the confident one is named Char while the timid one is named Zuo. The two have been through a lot, with the scars to prove it. Char and Zuo having been rejected from their own species and having to fight every day for survival. They even took down a Dynamax Salamence all by themselves. Char specializes in Physical Attacks while Zuo is more proficient in Special Attacks. Hagyxini. A Poison/Fairy Type Pokémon based on Hagfish, their slime which has medicinal properties, and the Pokémon Milotic. Carnoak. A Grass/Dragon Psuedo Legendary Pokémon based on Carnotaurus, thorns, and a little hint of the Pokémon, Sceptile. Brontyke & Brontremor. Electric/Ground Type Pokémon based on Brontotherium, thunderstorms, and the mythos of the Thunder Horse from Native American Mythology, specifically from the Sioux Tribe.

Decided to continue on with Charzuo. This one is called “Finding Belonging”. Charzuo never had it easy in their life, always having to be on guard and fighting just to survive. Thankfully, Peakychu is there on a cold, quiet night. #Pokopia #Pokemon #Pokemonart #Peakychu #Charzuo #Fakemon #FakemonArt
Charzuo & Peakychu are resting on a warm beach during a cool night as the full moon shines amongst the stars. Peakychu asks Char that if it was indeed true that the duo never had a place to call home. Char then looks out onto the night sky for a moment, then lamenting that it was indeed true. Quoting that nobody wanted a “freak of nature” around. A flashback of Charzuo appears, the two appearing to be fighting a Dynamaxed Salamence, of which they actually beat. Peakychu then gives a comforting smile, stating that the two would always be welcome to Pokopia, as it was a safe haven for all Pokémon, no matter what. Char then smiles wearily, a small tear on his face as he thanks Peakychu for her love and kindness. This wakes Zuo though as he rises and looks around confused. Dialogue: Peakychu: “Is it really true that you and Zuo never had a place you belonged?” Char:”…Yeah, Nobody wanted a freak of nature like us around. It was hard.” Peakychu: “Well, you two will always be welcome here in Pokopia! Always!” Char: “…Thanks kid….

So, I saw the Pokopia images of the new characters, specifically Peakychu. She looks to have Leucism and I thought, “What if other Pokémon characters had other types of genetic conditions?”

Charzuo is a Charizard with a genetic condition called Polycephaly, where an organism has more than one head. They are both males and go by Char and Zuo. The confident one is named Char, while the meeker one is named Zuo. They have four wings, but the other wing pair are hidden and vestigial. The two have been through a lot in their life, having been mostly rejected by other Charizards for their appearance and subsequently attacked for it by Charizards and other strong Pokémon. Their body is riddled with scars and cuts. Char specializes in physical attacks while Zuo is more proficient in special attacks. The two came to Pokopia in search of a place to finally belong after many years of searching. They’re friends with Peakchu and act as a older brother to her.

Werewrath. The Final Evolution of the Grass Starter of my Pokémon Region. It is a Grass/Dark type Pokémon and is based on Maned Wolves, The Macuahuitl, and Mesoamerican Warriors. Jerewt. The Final Evolution of my Fire Starter for my Pokémon Region. It’s currently fighting a Haxorus, its arch nemesis, in a volcanic habitat. Jerewt is a Fire/Poison Type Pokémon. It’s based on salamanders, the mythos of salamanders being resistant to fire, Temnospondyls, and volcanoes along with a hint of Jersey Devil. Chuki and Vulkrypt. Ghost/Flying Psuedo-Legendary Pokémon based on Condors, Vultures, and Therizinosaurus. Coafé and Coladimundi. The Route 1 mammal Pokémon of my Region. They’re based on Coatis, Coffee Beans, and hyperactivity. Coladimundi has a new typing called the Chaos Type. This new type is immune and super effective against Fairy. It also resists Psychic, Ghost, and Dark Types while being also Super Effective to Psychic and Ghost.
