Working a call center job is so stupid. “Make sure you do the work on the call so your after call work time is low”.
Okay so if I’m on a 5 minute call, do 5 minutes of after call work that’s 10 minutes, which is the same if I take 5 minutes after the call and do it on the call. MADE UP NUMBERS!!!
