I saw the winners of a quilt contest a store held and the order of the winners was confounding.
A log cabin quilt beat out a collage quilt that was INFINITELY cooler than a boring-ass log cabin quilt.
I've no idea how these things are judged, but I was astounded.

Clean water is our most precious natural resource. This is bound to get worse, not better, without sustained public rejection of ideas like this.
