guess technically you can ask them to not train, but it kills history features and it's unclear if it applies to their CLI tooling.

Customers will probably run it through AI ten times over, but if they're "enterprise" they might at least be able to exempt from leaking... but I have to trust everyone in those orgs to do that.

that would be lolhard. If true I'd still think 50/50: apple should have a fair amount of negotiating power. they also have a history of changing their pipeline if someone fucks them, so the RAM manu's could lose biz permanently in 5-10 years.
