ICE physical fitness requirements involve four timed events: 32 sit-ups in 1 minute, a 220-yard sprint in 47.73 seconds, 22 push-ups in 1 minute, and a 1.5-mile run in 14 minutes, 25 seconds. U.S. Marshal and Border patrol requirements are similar.

It's so obvious only a MAGA would miss it.
After Trump's post today regarding the Insurrection Act, it has to be clear to most people that he is looking for an excuse to further oppress us and call off elections. There is no ambiguity anymore.

ICE is out of control. They are the source of the violence and can never be its remedy. In the short term, the only answer is for them to cease operations in Minnesota and leave. Immediately.
