@lawrenceodonnell.msnbc.com the tariffs can easily be paid back to the importer but unfortunately that is an incomplete result. Importers passed on most of the tariff cost to consumers. I haven’t heard of a mechanism to make consumers whole. Importers will get a windfall while we get screwed.
