A rough tournaround I did of these characters before starting the book. Am I going to respect this structure or make little changes along the way? I'll tell you later. I need to draw 40 pages in 2 weeks ( 1 to 3 frames per page and already layouted, but still)

At least there seem to be some color variations. Wikipedia photo, but these were ( relatively) recent wild horses.

I'm thinking of crafting a pitch for a girl and horse story near the Neolithic. But the documentation... There is margin for some liberties there, but I'm not sure how much. For starters, I don't think tarpans and early horses had long manes at that time. I bet the beautiful long hair is our doing.

I had to buy one of those desktop magnifing glass/lamps. I didn't noticed so much in digital. But working with small analogue formats started to get difficult.

A little gnome I watercolored las Sunday. Cotton paper is great, I forgot after years of practicing on cheap paper.

More linocut prints, now that I'm preparing some gifts. I tried it on the cotton paper again, but this time it got smudged on the top.
Someone suggested painting it in blue, and not bad. Time will tell if it counts or if it's used on the other side for watercolor tests. Cotton paper is expensive!
