I am soooo sick and tired of the fucking yanks forcing themselves on our consciousness all the fucking time. And as if that wasn't bad enough, R3 and R4 have decided to do wall-to-wall yank all day long. No, beeb, no. Anything rather than that.

So much for Farage believing in “sovereignty” then…
This should be the end of Farage but the media will protect him.

I think Nigel Farage should remember that Jeremy Corbyn’s reaction to Salisbury was part of what did for him. The British public don’t take kindly to politicians showing more sympathy for hostile anti-democrats than for the UK’s own clear interests.

It is important to acknowledge who is standing up and who is just trying to get by. Every day Americans are standing up while the powerful are mostly standing by.

Why aren't law firms standing up and sending lawyers to Minneapolis. Why aren't the corporations speaking out? Why isn't the media?

Fair play to whichever special advisor has written Keir a bit of a snarky line. Maybe Keir could take that energy to Trump on the warpath or the billionaire bosses ruining this country?

Quite irritated by this Love Actually description about UK-US relations. It is not about having a tantrum in public then getting twatted for it. It's about taking concrete action to reduce UK dependency on a country which no longer respects us or shares our values.

Because Starmer is not, and never has been, a suitable character to be PM. IMO...
Distressing that Canada, which has the most to lose from this change, is ready to face reality, whilst Starmer bets on Churchillian nostalgia for the 'special relationship' and actively rejects meaningfully closer economic engagement with the EU, which must be where our future lies.

They know that a hostile environment is not conducive to accumulation. They can increase real wages for workers.

Govt can tax super-rich at higher rates, impose wealth tax and redistribute.

Every day Farage proves himself unfit for public office. And every day he gets his free pass and laughs his way to the bank.
New - Nigel Farage has been found by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards to have made 17 standards breaches, adding up to over £380,000 in late declarations.

He’s apologised, so no further investigation (which seems unusual for a breach this large)
