What drives me crazy about this movie was already in the stage musical. So I knew it going it.
It’s mostly the Tin Man, poor rusted gay gentleman looking for a physical representation for a heart. Here he’s a shallow, angry fool dripping with emo toxic masculinity.

Lot of stupid names out there in Young Adult fantasy (Wicked is Old Young Adult Musical Theater fantasy?) but Wicked really gives Hunger Games a run for its money. Plutarch Heavensbee is thought to beat though.
