It's an Ishiro Honda film, so it's pretty decent! Certainly one of the better "aliens want our women" movies.

They even have their own mech with Moguera, which is pretty funny thinking about it.

The lighting looks like it could be touched up with it, but otherwise it does look like a Henson style puppet production, which is certainly fun!
