I don’t even know how I managed to find a dog groomer far enough away from my home that every visit is a 2.5 hour ordeal. But I did. So I decided to go on a trail while I wait. Even walking is tough now. So tired. I took my time and found a pond. #hiking

This fog is incredible at knowing what deep pressure I need. I had no idea pushing against my leg and foot would calm me down. Wow.

My voice has often shaken. I am soft spoken, I was not allowed to be angry or speak up for myself or others, I have had to practice. It is scary, but do it anyway. Speak to what deserves to be said, not the outcome.

I figure my auDHD folx will understand this: daybed needed to be right there but juts into the window and windowsill makes gap where my head is. Curtain also needs space. Nothing online right size, so I made headboard with spare 1x4s and stick on upholstered panels. Problem solved. No more gap.

AuDHD always make these tests interesting. We really can’t test either independently without the other influencing our results. The dr who diagnosed me with both said this, too. This is how we end up getting missed if we are more marginalized in other ways, too. Masking and mitigating aggression.
