I hope you enjoy the series finale of WondLa, airing on Apple TV this week. Sure, it's not exactly like the book, but what adaptation is? The Skydance team put a lot of love and effort into this, embracing the themes and the soul of the books. That's the best thing this author could hope for.🪐

...that evening, at the nearby R. Michelson Galleries, I met one of my heroes, Maurice Sendak. Though I had been illustrating for over a decade, I'd only released my 3rd book, "The Spider & The Fly" at this point, I'll never forget how kind, gracious and supportive both these legends were.🥹

Thanks for being a fan for all these years. I try to respond to every piece of snail mail that comes my way because some people, that I was a fan of, did the same for me way back when.
