3. Kimbap. Absolutely delicious. Easy and microwaveable.
4. Garden Vegetable Soup. It’s so good. I blend it in a food processor and use it as a pasta base.
5. Speaking of pasta, Trader Joe’s has these dried pastas that are super cheap and delicious.

I went to my friend’s place for dinner last night. We had enchiladas (and they were delicious!)
And my friends, being the angels they are, sent me home with a tub of left overs.
