I think everybody who has even a slight feeling that it may help them should get a mobility aid. That said, if you’re gonna get one, pretty much no matter what kind, you need to be prepared that a lot of people you meet will start talking to you like you’re 5 years old, unfortunately

Guys, do not use the Discord Checkpoint thing (Discord's attempt at Spotify Wrapped).

It requires enabling them access to scrape your data, and has an alarming amount of private data being used for it.

Make sure you have these disabled.
