Of the ones I've played, yes. I recall reading somewhere that 'emergent sim' would be a better name than 'immersive sim', because the unifying factor is problem-solving emerging indirectly from the rules of the simulation, rather than simply the feeling of being immersed, which I think holds true.

Some of the very first internet content I remember accessing was a USENET Red Dwarf goof compilation called the Plot Inconsistencies Project, and I have just now this minute discovered that someone has archived it and made it available all these years later. I know what I'll be reading tonight!
