Folks, if you are in the vicinity of an ICE raid or kidnapping, and you see a truck with a satellite dish on top of it, (aka a "Stingray"), please know that this DHS technology mimics a cell tower, pulls in cell phones in radius on a signal, and can seize data off your phone without your knowledge.
