I'm sure Spectacular Spider-Man doesn't count as obscure enough, so I'll go with Sonic SatAM, which told a story of restisting a technocratic dictatorship through a very permissive video game license. Writer Ben Hurst remained very passionate about it, but sadly passed before he could see a revival.

I can make the following statement because this is what multiple studies have shown:
If your child has is on the autism spectrum, it is NOT because you took Acetaminophen while you were pregnant.

I work for my in-laws and just got jumped by them about my spouse "needs to get over being upset and come visit" and for some reason they didn't think I'd defend my spouse, and then in the process I had to explain gender neutral pronouns all over again. now pissed off for rest of day.
