SCOOP: Harvard will now screen all international participants for in-person University programs amid increased federal scrutiny over its ties to China and other foreign actors, per internal slides.

BREAKING: Trump, speaking in the Oval Office just minutes ago, said the White House had reached a deal with Harvard — but cautioned it wasn’t final.

He gave no detail on the terms, and Harvard has yet to comment.

SCOOP: Harvard received $46M in federal research grants on Friday — the first major payout since the Trump administration froze billions in funding in April.

The funding covers ~200 grants, per source familiar.
