Not sure who at the CSS working group was responsible for making Dark Reader in Firefox trigger Nightmare Party Mode?
The W3C Cascading Style Sheets home page, displayed in the standard blue, white, and gray. There's a highlight banner across the top and two columns of links to standards and news. The same web page when viewed in Dark Reader. It's jumbled a bunch of blocks of brightly colored content, covering up the main page content and wrecking my eyes.

So I'll go first. Instead of trying to summarize the case study, I'm going to share (and describe) a graphic I made for the book.
A flow diagram with three main parts. The first part is an audit, followed by a series of events grouped by team. The last part is about systems, and shows collaboration between a design system team and an accessibility team. I'll describe the graphic in more detail in the following posts.
