Quite the story here. McEwen was 1-2 after the first three games and reeled off four-straight to advance. On a heater heading into the semifinal

An incredibly compelling final men’s round robin draw begins now folks.

Will this be Brad Gushue’s final Olympic Trials game? Or will he beat Brad Jacobs to stay alive?

Can Dunstone advance? Does Magic Mike indeed have some magic left?

Buckle. Up.

Colleen Jones would have loved this.

And I believe she watching that last shot and yelling hurry hard… hurrrryyyyy haaaaaard.

Her Nova Scotia Team Black is into the playoffs at the Olympic Curling Trials.

Einarson forced to a single in the 9th end

And so Homan is heading home with the hammer and a 7-5 lead with a spot in the Olympic Trials final on the line.

Different feeling in the arena today. High tension. As it should be. Outstanding.

Colleen would tell me to buck up and get back to the rink. That there are stories to tell and scores to share and life to live.

And so I’m here. And this is tough.

But it’s comforting to be with the curling community. And we’ll honour Colleen and celebrate Colleen.

Here’s how I’m going to remember my pal Colleen Jones.

Oh did we laugh.

A Canadian treasure. An immense loss.
November 25, 2025 at 6:56 PM
Colleen Jones was larger than life.

I’m devastated by her death. And will be forever inspired by how she lived. And fought. And loved.

More than anything I’ll miss our laughs and lattes. And am so grateful for every second we had together. I love you, Coll.
