Watching Street Fighter: The Movie and cringing at some of the costuming. The Shadaloo emblem on Bison's cap is off-center. Zangief has incorrectly installed shoulder pads.

In the International Costumers Guild (ICG) guidelines, it actually considers judges choice awards to be major awards. Screenshot from the most recent ICG guidelines (page 16). So yeah, it's actually a big deal that a judge liked you enough to recognize your work!
![Major Awards do affect future Skill Division placement. We suggest that judging panels use "Best [Descriptor]", "Award for [Descriptor]" or "Excellence in/for [Descriptor]," to clearly identify major awards.
