Both my parents were children of the depression and lived through rationing during WWII. The hash we had always varied. Potatoes by half and whatever was available. To this day, my favorite is corned beef (what you call salt beef, I believe), always with an egg. Yours looks scrumptious.

This pretty much sums up my relationships.

I normally celebrate the completion of a story with a root beer ice cream float. A treat connected to a fond childhood memory. However it's 36° outside, I'm dressed in three layers of fleece dragging an electric blanket with a ridiculously long extension cord, so instead, I bought myself a zeppole.

My current Minecraft world. Single-player, adventure / no mods. So no vampires. Working on making it 10X10. All the builds in each map are connected via a rail system, both above and mostly underground.

Machine learning algorithms, even if their developers don't understand precisely how they work, can be useful for specific tasks, but only with human oversight. /4

A.I. is a marketing term to fool people into using an imperfect, power-hungry, and intrinsically flawed advanced algorithm in critical positions that require human qualities like reason, empathy, and imagination. And while it can spit out useful results, it fails spectacularly. /3

There! I fixed it for you.

The town I live in a unremarkable. There is no town center or night spots. Just homes, a few small business, churches and generally friendly people. But we do have a recreation area with a trail around small lake. This photo is from five years ago when I could make around the trail.
