#Trump thinks #Mamdani is a cuckoo in the #Democrats nest. Or he's just cuckoo. But BBC CNN and Al Jazeera all agree. It's weird

Bought the famous Island record sampler in 1969. Still have it. Brilliant track and collection.

Everyone who owns a fridge owns a heat pump. So pretty much 100% of the developed world and 75% over the entire world. An airco is just a bigger fridge. A heat pump is just a bigger airco. ..

Great thread. Love the replies... well the first ten at least 😀 Made me Google... What happened to FDR's proposed Second Bill of Rights.

Thought for remembrance day. Instead of the incessant English flag, we won the war, nationalist narrative, politicians could remind voters to celebrate the 595 pilots from all over the world who flew in the battle of britain and took a quarter of the death toll from the 2937 total pilots

Wolves had the same mountain last year

Last season bottom half after 10 games. Big escapes are possible #lufc

What would you do in #Zalensky's shoes? I think F**k #Trump and intensify attacks on #Russian oil and gas. Local shortages and queues plus zero exports and already Russian fossil fuel prices are below cost

Looks strong at the back and ambitious up front. The bench looks strong. Fingers crossed

#LUFC Fulham favoured to win at 50% but that means Leeds are 50% to take something from the game.

Interesting stats
Three promoted teams have 13 points from 3 games

Last year 2 and only 19 after 10 games. Looks like a bigger dog fight this year. Bournemouth looked very good v Spurs and scored 2 v Liverpool. Brighton beat city from 1 0 down

Putting it another way. Who of the starting 11 or subs would put in the starting 11 v Magpies and who on the bench? Harrison Byram DCL on the bench and all the other subs to start. Noone else laid a claim. The stats say Bijol was good. I can't say I noticed. #LUFC

Just back from my squash evening so haven't watched but the stats are not great.
August 25, 2025 at 8:41 PM
Stats say we made our quota. Not sure I would have rated them as great should score chances. But I guess one to Tanaka one to Stach one to Gnonto. So if they don't fall to the quality no 9...
August 18, 2025 at 9:20 PM
But actually that's a much smaller more difficult target. Tank farms are huge and burn nicely with a lot of collateral damage. If you could take them all out across Russia there would be zero supply chain and each one they rebuilt would be another easy target

I suspect Farke expects all outfield players to get into positions to score and score plus defend every square metre of our half. Looking at last year table to be reasonably comfortable we need to hit 50 50 50. ie score 50, don't concede more than 50 and convert 50% of big chances. The last is hard

WASHINGTON (AP) --The U.S. budget deficit in July climbed 20% this fiscal year compared to the last despite the
U.S. taking in record income from #Trump tariffs. And as its effectively a tax hike it will
effect jobs while Trumps trade agenda will push the ROTW to reduce dependency on US trade.
August 13, 2025 at 8:30 AM
Thats why the crime survey is a better guide. CSEW data shows a general decrease in crime against individuals and households over the past 10 years, with some exceptions like sexual assault
August 13, 2025 at 8:13 AM
My first thought. what's the response time and what's the difference between this and 999. 112. If it's just to allow anonymous or other inputs the UK police have existing
reporting options. Thus adds to confusion. Crime is down due to predictive policing. Public perception is up due to MSM focus.
