This feature can be disabled by going to Invoicing -> Feedback and toggling 'Collect feedback' off there (on a business account, at least)
Apparently P*ypal now asks for customer opinions on accounts sending invoices.
If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.

This. THIS. Normie friends always mention how furries must be rich to buy art and suits (and like any demographic, I'm sure *a few* are) but for most it's a passion that they work hard and save for, and they *value artwork and artists*.
This fandom has a reputation for being "suspiciously wealthy" but the truth is most furries just love and value art and people so much that they want to use their money for art and supporting artists so they can make a living doing what they love. It's a cycle of genuine passion I think.

Since I've seen it happen multiple times now: there are new scammers who copy artist's profiles and DM mutuals/followers of that artist and try to sell them something.
I would NEVER DM you first asking if you'd want a commission! No reputable artist would message you first!!
Stay vigilant!
