literally just casually strolled away...not overcome with emotion.....not shaking in fear as if he had almost died and had killed someone (as you can see in many other fully justified shootings buy officers that regretted having to use force) literally shot a woman in the face and strolled away

Because people who are not mentally stable enough to be police officers become prison guards and those who are not mentally stable enough to be prison guards work for Blackwater (or whatever it's called now) and those not stable enough to work for Blackwater sign up for ICE.

BREAKING: ICE killed a Minnesota woman in broad daylight & there must be accountability.

But when I moved to subpoena all records & footage related to this murder, Republicans voted it down.

They've never cared about law & order or keeping our communities safe.

Last year, a majority of voters in Missouri passed a ballot initiative enacting paid sick leave.

Yesterday, Missouri's Republican governor signed legislation repealing it.

Do Republicans ever listen to the will of their voters? https://www.commondreams.org/news/missouri-paid-sick-leave

When we say we hold the powerful accountable, this is what we mean: the state will make a database of nearly 60,000 businesses getting tac rebates secret on June 30. So we compiled the data to keep it publicly available.

On June 30, the names of businesses that received over $1.5 billion in tax refunds -- like FedEx -- will disappear from Tennessee's website.

Trump wants to cut the corporate tax rate to 15%. This would give...

-The 5 largest banks a $4.1B tax cut
-The 5 largest drug makers a $3.1B tax cut
-The 5 largest US oil companies a $2.5B tax cut
-The 5 largest grocery stores a $1.7B tax cut

Some populist, huh?

The Handmaid's Tale is a good book. But did you know that there's a book written by a Black woman about a post-apocalyptic Earth heavily affected by climate change and societal decline. The book was published in 1993, but is set in 2024 following a presidential election 👀 #BookSky #BlackBookSky
