Endocrine system collapse, torn muscle, BROKEN BACK, cut my finger off, tooth infection, upper respiratory infection from hell, ego death. It's been a wild year for physical health but mental health has been largely better than last year at least.

Ash and I went to the Salmon Festival today and for a light hike, my breathing is slowly getting better! Very optimistic I'll be back to normal soon.
