Just forget US as a destination
This is the full list of info the US is proposing to require from applicants for an ESTA (electronic travel authorisation) to secure visa-free travel to America. This would apply to every UK holidaymaker, conference attendee or businessperson. public-inspection.federalregister.gov/2025-22461.pdf

🎂 E. H. Shepard was born on this day in 1879. A titan among British illustrators, he’s best remembered for his Winnie-the-Pooh illustrations. 🧸

The surprising ways his artwork & the text work together to shape the Pooh stories are a story all their own ⤵️

IF STARMER BOTHERED TO LISTEN TO US, THIS IS THE MESSAGE HE’D GET.

It’s simplistic, but it’s what the majority think. And as #Labour is destined to discover, it doesn’t like being ignored.

Absolutely hate tech now which as a sci fi is incredible
THIS is the real reason they want everything to go cashless and make every purchase tied to your Digital ID👇🏻

Are Sharpies woke because then Donnie Orangeface Toddler is two faced?
What is it with fascists and goth fonts?
Shudder
I just woke up and am hearing about “woke fonts” and if I didn’t have to get ready for work, would immediately begin drawing an alphabet covered in hairy dicks.

🚨BREAKING🚨

MPs have voted to PASS our bill to establish a UK-EU customs union.

The Prime Minister must now listen to his own MPs, drop his self-imposed red lines and finally go for proper growth through an ambitious trade deal with the EU.

New Home Office impact assessment finds that cutting skilled and social care visas will cost the UK up to £10 billion with a central estimate of -£5.4 billion.

It would be good if this got even a fraction of the coverage devoted to the endless debate about boats, flags and Turkish barber shops

Agree - As my windows 10 only laptop is now only good for typing with a usb drive I am saving up for a Linux laptop and this internet of things .. nah
The only surefire way to stop oligarchs buying up the things we love is to drop those things the moment oligarchs buy them & that requires changing habits and massive self-discipline.
It means going to alternatives that might not be quite as good or convenient.
It’s really hard. But there it is.

Filling their pockets as they sell our data and NHS under the libertarian agenda … McSweeney probably Streeting’s puppeteer steering him into PM role as he gradually removes the ladies in power aka the rivals then they can really chow down on public money. Starmer resignation 2026 bet?
According to our research, between 2023-25 Streeting took £224,575 from sources linked to private healthcare... Well done to @justtreatment.org + their amazing patient leaders for speaking up! 📣
A Health Secretary who won't meet
#NHS patients...but will take £220k+ from private healthcare donors.

So yes - we brought a puppet to Wes Streeting's office to ask the question: who is really pulling Streeting's strings? ⬇️

Funny that - by which time they’ll be nothing to see. These corp zones are the real consequence of Brexit and UK is being fragmented into free for alls except the locals - libertarian Labour expanding places like Teesside stealing our sovereignty authentically under pretence of jobs etc - a crime
