Ho, Ho, Ho, Dumbass! It’s Santa Beavis! If you’re not good, he’ll be visiting your house this Christmas! And he’ll eat all your nachos! “Mm-heh-heh! Yeah…nachos are cool!”

Post something random because that’s what we should always be doing.

“I can’t believe it, Marge! The animators made a mistake! This shakes my faith in humanity!” *Homer sobbing*

This one struck me as odd since this is an episode I rewatch every December, yet somehow I never caught it before. As they pan out and Lisa moves her arm up to the right position, the phantom third arm is still there!

In The Simpsons Season 9 episode “Miracle on Evergreen Terrace”, Lisa’s arm appears on Bart’s shoulder before she even puts it there. After any number of years of rewatching this episode, I just noticed this today.

Thanksgiving was fun while it lasted. Now we go on to the most exhausting part of the holiday season…the Christmas shopping part.

After dinner Parcheesi with Snoopy (who isn’t very good at it).

Better it is to live alone; there is no fellowship with a fool. Live alone and do no evil; be carefree like an elephant in the elephant forest, Charlie Brown.

Looks like Donald Duck did the giant coat bit before Snoopy:

Looking at “Flintheart Glomgold’s Sinister Secret”, the creators used their page space more effectively. They spent more time building the situations and used big panels more sparingly to use the space to keep the story going.

That should say “fourth and final issue”, not “page”.
November 26, 2025 at 2:41 PM
I’ve never seen a more out-of-character first page of an Uncle Scrooge issue than in the fourth and final page of “Earth’s Mightiest Duck”. This is very much a Marvel story versus a Disney story. It’s not a bad story overall, but it really pales in comparison to the new Fantagraphics series.

Sometimes my mind doesn’t want to stay in one place. I’ll start doing one thing and then think of something else and start doing that, and then I’ll notice something else and my mind goes there. It feels like this sketch.

The metronome belongs to someone else. But since it’s Lucy’s football, she doesn’t want anyone with dirty shoes kicking HER football:

Comics and coffee are the best way to start the day. Especially the comics. Chi’s Sweet Adventures was an impulse purchase when I picked up my comics at the local comic shop yesterday.

Reading Peanuts with my morning coffee. This is inexplicably one of my favorite early strips. Early Lucy didn’t even have to make any sense:
