How revolting. People of Ontario can be truly ashamed that citizens of the United States will be harassed even more by ICE because an Ontario company's will sell ICE armoured cars.

The words fossil fuels & the word phase-out as a necessity were connected in the same sentence by the UNFCCC COP 30 President. 1st time, 30 years after COP 1 in 1995 .

I had always thought this phrase meant a sort of tearing around with harmless but confused abandon which might be able to discombobulate the status quo.
I learned today that it implies a lawless mob of angry people bent on violence or even murderous acts.
