And while the report does tend to talk about how cis people are "worried about making a mistake" which the VAST majority of trans people are _extremely_ gracious of...as long as effort is made...it does also acknowledge what trans folk go through.

Chapter 1 basically goes over a general overview...and while there's a lot of statements from transphobes, trans folks and allies ARE included.

Here's their intro. IMO, for a committee with three cisgender people on it...the stance they state they're taking at least indicates they're not biased _against_ trans people.

UGH. Okay...this whole chapter on sex vs gender is BAD, and is where not having any trans or intersex people on the panel is really horrible.

Just finished Season 4 of my rewatch of Babylon 5 with my teenage son. The splash at the end of Deconstruction of Falling Stars always makes me choke up a bit.
