For those who don’t know, sua sponte means the court acted on its own initiative, not at the request of any of the parties, and without notice and a hearing. Which is, ofc, nonsense bc the judge was obviously ordered to do so by the WH/DOJ.

I don’t even know where to start with the criticism of this design. Why would you have the president that according to the NPCA estimate he is essentially defunding 350 out of the 433 park sites. Cutting staff by 24%. And America didn’t have National Parks under Washington.
