...I know it's hard to get reviewers these days, but please, please, please maintain the scientific integrity of the journal. If you have to, push back against the publisher - they need to serve the community, not the other way around.

Otherwise, we can upload papers to pre-print servers and we...

And all invitations came from the big 5 publishers.

I reject such invitations and add the comment above. If I accepted, I would do a disservice to:
- the authors as I don't hold enough experience to provide a sound review
- the community as the paper may be inaccurate

P.S. The community isn't about me teaching from a pedestal. It's about us figuring this out together. You bring your experience. I bring mine. We all get better.

P.P.S. Let me know if you want in.

You're exactly who this is for.

I'm not here to convince you.

I'm just here to share what I've learned and help the researchers who want it.

No strings attached. Just value.

Because I believe the best academic communities aren't built on gatekeeping.

They're built on generosity.

If you're a researcher who wants to:

- Get published in respected outlets

- Build a voice people actually listen to

- Share your work in ways that matter

People who are tired of the old academic playbook. People who know that visibility matters. People who want to build authority without feeling like they're selling their soul.

Here's the thing:

When we hit 1,000 members, everyone in the community gets a free paper writing workshop.

So here's what I'm doing:

I'm building a community of researchers who want to publish better, build their academic voice, and actually get their work noticed.

We already have over 100 members since the community opened last week.

I've spent years figuring this out. The hard way.

The late nights rewriting manuscripts. The rejections. The trial and error with every platform. The slow realization that great research means nothing if it doesn't reach people.

But because I've been where you might be right now:

→ Papers under review for months
→ Research outputs that nobody reads
→ Wondering why some academics build collaborations while others stay invisible

Most people overcomplicate research. They believe it requires superhuman intelligence or an endless amount of time. WRONG. It's about smart strategies, not hard work.

Let me be brutally honest - I used to be TERRIBLE at research.

I felt lost when my models didn't converge or my results didn't make any sense. Frustrated that I was told 'to figure it out myself'. But when I started looking into 'how' things work and 'why' they work this way (aka....
