My great grandfather was the architect of the ballpark, both in 1914 (when Federal League) and the expansion in the early 1920s, hence he had offices in this building. He would go onto design William Wrigley’s house on Catalina Island and the ballpark in Los Angeles - also called Wrigley Field.
